Mindfulness Private Lessons – One to One Mindfulness

For those who want to learn Mindfulness & Meditation in private, I offer a block of eight 1-1 sessions, each being 1 hours in duration (first session 1.5 hours)

It is based on the clinical programmes of MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) and (MBCT) mindfulness based cognitive therapy.

You will learn how to bring awareness to the present moment through meditation practice and how to use this skill in your daily life. The sessions includes:  private 1-1 meditation instruction & practice, discussion, course material & reflection sheets and a FREE practice mediation CD.

The 8 session private course aims to help you find peace by…

  • Developing awareness about yourself to better manage: stress/pain/anxiety/depression/fear
  • Make better choices and respond rather than react situations or thoughts
  • Experience pleasure in the simple things of life
  • Increase acceptance and develop more self-compassion
  • Assist you in taking better care of yourself

The 1-1 eight session course fee is £600.00 
Sessions are held at my comfortable therapy room at the Windmill Centre in Ruislip, or if conditions are suitable, I can also travel to your home or offer sessions over Skype.
