I understand how a personal problem or issue can sometimes seem so large or may have gone on for so long,
that it feels like you may be stuck with it forever.
By working together, we can help you make those important and lasting changes you desire through a combination of approaches derived from some of the main range of psychotherapeutic disciplines such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness & Meditation, Person Centered Cousnselling & Positive Psychology.
These specialist therapy skills blended with my considerable life experience,
enables me to work with clients in an empathic and warm way with confidentiality being an overriding consideration.
People of all ages and from all walks of life come to see me for help, and although problems vary from person to person, we work well together and get good results with the following issues:
General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Health Anxiety, Stress, included work stress, Panic Attacks, Phobias & Fears, Family issues, Relationship Problems, Low Moods & Depression, Bereavement/Loss, Confidence Issues, Low Self Esteem, Weight Management, Fear of Flying, trains & lifts, Caring for someone.

My therapy room is warm, professional & comfortable, and a place you can expect confidentiality. Although you may not realise it yet, I believe that you have all the necessary resources already within you to understand and heal your problem.

Mindfulness is being increasingly recognised as an incredibly effective way to cope with stress and also recognised by NICE and the NHS as the most effective way to prevent relapse into depression and anxiety states. It has been found to help with pain management and weight loss.
Mindfulness is about paying attention differently and more wisely, rather than giving a lot of thought time to fears and worries. It trains the mind when it wonders off automatically, and so enables you to have control of your own mind again.
Along with my therapy qualifications, I am a qulaified Mindfulness teacher and I teach groups as well as Individuals.
My fee is £50.00 per 50 minutes session.
Mon-Friday 9am – 6pm (Late night Wednesday till 9pm)
Fees are payable online or cash at the end of each session.
First sessions are paid in advance.
As well as the therapy session itself, your treatment may include listening to Mp3’s or CD’s, at no extra cost to you.
